Never heated or filtered.  All of our raw honey is put into jars during harvest.  We extract the honey and let it rest in tanks so all the impurities rise to the top or fall to the bottom.  This amazing honey has all the beneficial enzymes with which it was infused by the bees and all of the pollen  It retains all the medicinal qualities for which raw honey is known.  Raw honey belongs to Canada No. 3 because it is unfiltered.  Our Raw honey has beautiful taste, and colour, with its low moisture level it would quailify for Canada No. 1 except it is not filtered.
